Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

1.1 For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR") and the Data Protection Act 2018, LogicalBull is the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy, save where clause 8 (Global Sellers and Stripe Connect) applies.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Account data: name, email address, phone number (optional), and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), for both Buyer and Seller accounts.

2.2 Seller verification data: for Sellers, we additionally collect identity documents, date of birth, country of residence, and, where applicable, business registration details (company name, tax/VAT numbers, KEP address for Turkish sellers) as required to verify the Seller and to comply with our obligations and those of our payment processors.

2.3 Transaction data: order history, amounts paid, licence keys issued, and related records.

2.4 Payment data: LogicalBull does not itself store full card numbers or bank account details. Card and payout details are collected and stored directly by Stripe. LogicalBull retains only the transaction identifiers and amounts needed for order and payout records.

2.5 Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see our separate Cookie Policy).

2.6 Communications: correspondence you send us, including support requests.

3. How We Use Personal Data and Our Legal Basis

3.1 To create and administer your account, and to process purchases and payouts — necessary for the performance of a contract with you (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

3.2 To verify Seller identity and prevent fraud, and to comply with our legal and payment-processor obligations — necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) and/or our legitimate interests in operating a safe marketplace (Article 6(1)(f)).

3.3 To send transactional emails (order confirmations, licence keys, account notices) — necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

3.4 To send marketing communications about new features, promotions, or products — only where you have given your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

3.5 To analyse and improve the Site and to detect and prevent abuse — our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights and freedoms.

4. Who We Share Personal Data With

4.1 Stripe (payment processing, identity verification for Sellers using Stripe Connect, and payout of Seller earnings). Stripe acts as an independent controller for the payment and identity data it processes; see clause 8 below.

4.2 Supabase (our database and file storage provider), acting as our data processor.

4.3 Email delivery providers used to send transactional and, where consented to, marketing emails.

4.4 Sellers, to a limited extent: where you purchase a TradingView Product, your TradingView username is shared with the relevant Seller so that they can grant you access. Where you purchase a Product requiring ongoing support, your email address may be shared with the Seller for support purposes.

4.5 Law enforcement, regulators, or other third parties where required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

4.6 We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. International Transfers

5.1 Some of our service providers, including Stripe, may process personal data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK GDPR, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision, as applicable to the recipient.

6. Data Retention

6.1 We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations (typically at least six years for financial records under UK requirements).

6.2 Seller identity verification documents are retained for as long as necessary to comply with our verification and anti-fraud obligations, and are deleted or anonymised thereafter where no longer required.

7. Your Rights

7.1 Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the processing of your personal data; the right to data portability; and the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests, including direct marketing.

7.2 To exercise these rights, contact us at lavantacton@gmail.com. We will respond within one month, as required by law.

7.3 You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.

8. Global Sellers and Stripe Connect — Joint Controller Arrangement

8.1 Where a Seller onboards using Stripe Connect (the route used by Sellers operating outside Turkey), certain identity, banking, and payment data is processed jointly by LogicalBull and Stripe, each determining the purposes and means of that specific processing together. In respect of that specific processing only, LogicalBull and Stripe act as joint controllers.

9. Children

9.1 The Services are not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under the age of 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

10.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Site or by email where practicable.
