Common questions
Does my product need to be live on an official store first?
Yes. Your product needs to already be live/for sale on MQL5 Market, cTrader Store or TradingView. This is our prerequisite for both your and the buyer's safety — if it's not live yet anywhere, you can reapply once it is.
Do I need to upload my source code to the platform?
No. We never touch your source code. You compile the file yourself (.ex5, .algo) and upload it; the license lock runs inside your compiled file via a one-line library. For Python products, you do upload your source file, but we automatically obfuscate it — no one ever sees it in readable form.
Are there any signup fees or hidden costs?
No. Opening a store is free — we only take a 5% commission on actual sales. You can publish and sell before your payout account is verified; earnings show as pending balance until then.
Can I use it if I'm not based in Turkey?
Yes. While our core audience is Turkish developers, you can open a store from anywhere and sell to global buyers via Stripe.
What if my customer doesn't know how to install the indicator?
Sellers can optionally add a setup video/PDF to their product, shown on the product page if provided. For MQL5 products, buyers also need a one-time MT5 setting (adding logicalbull.com to the WebRequest allowlist) — this is explained in the email sent after purchase.
What happens if a sale gets refunded?
If you've already been paid for a refunded sale, the amount is deducted from your future earnings. A refund triggers a real Stripe refund — the buyer gets their money back and the licence is cancelled.
When do I get paid?
There's a 7-day hold period after a sale (in case of refunds or disputes) before your earnings become available for payout. You'll also need to complete Stripe's own verification (KYC) process.
How do I grant access for my TradingView product?
TradingView doesn't offer us an API for access management — after a purchase, you'll see the buyer's username on your dashboard and need to manually grant access from TradingView's own "Manage Access" screen. There's a dedicated page to track this.
